Larry Levow is the PGA Director of Golf Instruction for the Whole Game Golf School in South East Florida, producing training programs at the Grand Palms Golf Resort in Southwest Fort Lauderdale and the historic Miami Springs Golf Course in Miami. He is rich with the teaching and coaching experience of over 45 years, and he has further separated himself from the average coach by becoming specially certified in teaching and coaching from the PGA of America and certified in ADM (The American Development Model, an educational system of Coaching Developed by the PGA of America for PGA Professionals).
Larry is also a certified US Kids Coach. He received The Junior Leader Award in 2016 from The South Florida PGA Chapter and was Junior Chairman in 2017. He ran the largest Jack Nicklaus Learning League Pilot Program in the US. The program Introduced golf to inner-city children in five of the country’s largest metropolitan areas (New York City, Los Angeles County, CA., Chicago, IL., Columbus, OH, and Miami-Dade County, FL). Next, Larry created and produced one of the world’s largest Junior Golf programs for The Miami Dade County Parks Department, serving, seven thousand children.
Larry was the Golf Swing Coach for three Colleges and head Coach at Northwood University. He was swing coach for Division 1 NCAA Florida Atlantic University As a faculty member of the Golf Management Program, Larry taught the Biomechanics and Physics of the Golf Swing while Swing Coaching for the United States National Champion Division II Collegiate Team, Johnson & Whales University.
He has appeared on the Golf Channel and featured in multiple magazines and articles. Larry worked with and for four of the top 10 golf teachers globally–Bob Toski, Jimmy Ballard, Dave Pelz, and Rick Martino at PGA of America Golf Schools. As the PGA Golf Professional, he gave instructions and commentary on “1400AM The Fan” and “Inside Golf” Radio Show, covering the Miami and Orlando areas. He also delivered analysis during The Masters coverage on CBS in Miami. As a PGA Junior League Captain, Larry had the largest league enrollment in the United States for the 2019 season, 262.
